Krystal, a REV Group brand, is rolling to Indianapolis with an all-new revamped looked for September’s BusCon 2016. The new design falls on the heels of Krystal’s relocation to Imlay City, Mich., home to one of REV Bus Group’s production facilities. During BusCon from Sept, 19 to 21, REV will showcase this all-new redesigned luxury bus at Booth #727.

The 2017 Krystal has been redesigned from the inside out. Partnering with Premier Products, known for the high-level safety in belted coach seating, REV will introduce its own custom seat design, featuring a unique stitching pattern that is exclusive to Krystal and REV sister brand Federal.

And because entertainment features are key in the luxury bus market, the 2017 interior will feature a drop-down TV, located near the front of the bus, as well as upgraded luggage racks with TV monitors. To reduce clutter, a custom audio/visual cabinet hides electronics, as well as a trash receptacle.

Outside, Krystal’s new molded fiberglass exterior features a new front cap with large panoramic forward observation windows, and sticking to Krystal’s luxury standards, the passenger entry door will continue to offer standard electric-slide operation. REV will display a Krystal KLX 40-foot model on a Freightliner S2C chassis during BusCon, featuring a 34-passenger capacity with rear luggage.

In addition to Krystal, REV Bus Group will display four other buses, including the Federal Spirit and its BusCon reveal of an all-new fiberglass cap to coincide with the luxury brand’s redesigned logo. The new front cap features lights molded into the design, along with a reimagined slope that accommodates a front-viewing window, now standard.

REV Group will also unveil its all-new World Trans brand, an economic addition to the company’s bus portfolio, plus an all-new Champion LF Transport model, a medium-duty, low-floor transit bus on a cutaway Ford F-550. In addition to REV Bus Group’s newest products, three-time Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves will stop by the 4,250 sq. ft. booth for a visit, and the display will feature the REV-branded No. 3 Chevrolet driven during this year’s Phoenix Grand Prix.

REV Group is a platinum sponsor of BusCon.
