Herzog Contracting Corp. was selected to design and construct a new Heavy Maintenance Facility at Amtrak’s Penn Coach Yard in Philadelphia.
The line will run on a 4.1-mile route through Santa Ana and Garden Grove. It is scheduled to begin testing and operations in 2022.
The 26-mile Cotton Belt line will stretch across North Texas from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to Plano.
