Sound Transit approves increased TOD policy

Increased focus on TOD opportunities will span all phases of planning, constructing and operating regional transit expansions, including the up to 36 additional miles of light rail expansions approved through the 2008 Sound Transit 2 measure.

Texas A&M bus ID policy not enforced

Transportation Services posted signs on its off-campus bus routes saying riders need a student or faculty ID from A&M or Blinn College to use the service primarily as a deterrent. Officials say checking every rider’s ID would slow down entry to the buses.
