The Altoona-tested Spirit of America Trolley is manufactured by ARBOC Specialty Vehicles in Middlebury, Ind., and is backed by Freightliner Custom Chassis.
The new Trolley will be manufactured on the Freightliner XBA low-floor, rear-engine diesel chassis. This chassis was designed by ARBOC and is built by Freightliner exclusively for ARBOC.
