The driver of a tour bus that crashed on its way to Atlantic City, killing two passengers and injuring 28, was charged with careless driving, reported the Associated Press. It is uncertain whether the driver will have criminal charges filed against him. Operated by Dahlia Travel and Tours of New York, the bus fell on its side on a slushy highway. Weather was not considered a factor, said the AP. Following leads that the bus was speeding and weaving through traffic, investigators will examine a computer module from the bus to see how fast it was going.
