American Seating acquires Transportation Seating

American Seating has acquired certain assets of Transportation Seating Inc.(TSI). TSI, a competitor to American Seating, manufactures and supplies transit seating to the public transportation market in the United States and Canada. "The partnership with American Seating is a positive move for TSI as a company, and for our existing customer base," stated Dick Craft, president of TSI. American Seating has retained Craft as their representative as part of the partnership. American Seating expects to maintain select TSI products, manufactured under the American Seating name.
