New Britain, Conn.-based transportation company Dattco Inc. purchased American Eagle Motor Coach Inc. and American Eagle Tours Inc., both headquartered in Fairhaven, Mass.
The acquisition is part of Dattco's strategic growth plan for southern New England.
Dattco will continue to maintain transportation between the New Bedford, Conn., area and Boston with the current line service as well as offering new transportation services.
