The Greater Toronto Transit Authority (GO Transit) agreed to purchase 10 two-level commuter railcars from Bombardier Inc. for $26 million.

The Bombardier BiLevel commuter rail vehicles will be added to GO Transit’s existing 385-car fleet. Bombardier also maintains the fleet.

The vehicles will be built at Bombardier's Thunder Bay, Ontario, manufacturing facility between August and early 2006.
