Coach USA unveiled on Wednesday a new express bus service between Chicago and eight other Midwest cities for fares as low as $1 via the Internet. The daily non-stop service, operated by Coach USA subsidiary megabus.com, will offer service between Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and St. Louis. Customers who book early enough will have the chance to purchase tickets for $1. "Each megabus.com trip will provide tickets for $1 and other customers will pay competitive fares via the Internet," said Brian Souter CEO of Stagecoach Group, the parent company of Coach USA. Booking for megabus.com travel is done solely via the Internet at www.megabus.com, which will also feature information on arrival and departure times.
