SAN ANTONIO — The VIA Metropolitan Transit board will interview four candidates who could possibly become the agency's next president/CEO. One candidate is Jeffrey Arndt, who has been interim CEO since late last year, after the departure of Keith Parker, VIA's chief from 2009 until December, when he left to head up Atlanta's MARTA, the San Antonio Express-News reported.
