BOSTON — Following public criticism, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) will delay recently revised schedules for its north side commuter rail system until spring 2016, The Boston Globe reported.

The schedules, which would have operated two fewer trains out of North Station per day, were criticized by some as cuts. The MBTA had said the changes would improve service and decrease delays. For the full story, click here.
