ATLANTA – The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that MARTA has tapped Jeffrey Parker, VP at HNTB’s Atlanta office, as its new GM/CEO.

Parker has more than 25 years of transportation leadership experience, including more than 13 years at Boston’s MBTA, as well as a stop with Parsons Corp. Since 2011, Parker has been with HNTB, where he oversaw the expansion of the firms Atlanta office and consulted on some of metro Atlanta’s biggest transportation projects.
