FMCSA rulemaking to establish minimal driver training requirements

The negotiated rulemaking committee will examine minimum training requirements, including length of classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel experience, accreditation versus certification of CDL training programs and schools, curricula for passenger, property and hazardous materials carriers and instructor qualifications, as well as other areas.

Former Prevost VP, marketing and sales, Rochette, passes away

Rochette was with Prevost from 1984 until his retirement in 2005 and was instrumental in building Prevost’s reputation in the industry as a world class leader. Through successful product introductions to the development of entirely new markets in the conversion market, he helped lead Prevost to new horizons, according to the company.

Metrolink chief DePallo to step down
