ALBANY, N.Y. — After Gov. Andrew Cuomo suspended the operating licenses of eight charter and tour bus companies due to repeatedly failing safety inspections, the Governor and state Legislature are creating a new bus inspection program which will target the operators with the worst safety records with more inspections, boston.com reported.
