PHOENIX — Investigative reports released Thursday by the Arizona Department of Public Safety detail witness accounts of events leading up to a late-January rollover crash that resulted in injuries to many of the nearly 40 people onboard, according to azcentral.

The Phoenix-bound Greyhound bus crashed after a man forcibly took the wheel from the driver and shouted “we are all going to die.” The man is accused of attacking the driver not long after he was reportedly confronted concerning his behavior, which passengers described as erratic.
