Greyhound

GoMedia, a European onboard infotainment systems developer, announced Greyhound as its first North American customer.

GoMedia has launched its onboard platform with Icomera, Greyhound’s onboard Wi-Fi provider, on the motorcoach operator’s fleet of buses, providing passengers with access to the latest Hollywood blockbuster movies, TV boxsets, and much more as the service rolls out.

As well as delivering the onboard Wi-Fi technology, Icomera will host the GoMedia Infotainment content as a virtual application on its high-performance mobile access and application router. This eliminates the need for additional onboard hardware such as a dedicated media server.

Greyhound joins GoMedia’s portfolio of transport operators, including First Group, Eurostar, Virgin Trains, National Express, and Abellio.
