[IMAGE]La-1.jpg[/IMAGE]New Orleans-based Louisiana Motor Coach Inc. is opening its operations with a fleet of two new, state-of-the-art Van Hool C2045s delivered by ABC Companies.

The coaches are powered by Caterpillar C13 Acert engines driving ZF Astronic transmissions and equipped with three-point seat belts, rear passenger windows, Alcoa DuraBrite aluminum wheels, Saucon GPS, REI entertainment systems with 15.4-inch monitors and satellite radio.

ABC Companies also announced that Clint Guth, regional vice president/GM, Western Region, has assumed responsibility for the sales management for ABC's Midwestern and Canadian Regions. The realignment of territory management is a result of the agreement between ABC Companies and Greyhound Lines Inc. to refurbish 250 Greyhound motorcoaches.

Lee Loper, former regional vice president/GM, Midwest Region, has been appointed vice president/GM of the Nappanee Bus Refurbishment Center, strategically dedicated for the Greyhound project.
