HONOLULU — A report from the University of Hawaii Economic Research Organization shows that Honolulu’s planned rail system and new high-rise condos will help improve the state’s construction industry, the AP reported.

The report predicts that construction jobs, averaging at 28,500 last year, will increase to approximately 29,000 in 2012 and close to 36,000 by 2015. For the full story, click here.
