PORTLAND, Ore. — Five transit agencies — Columbia County Rider, Sunset Empire Transportation District, Tillamook County Transportation District, Lincoln County Transit and Benton County Rural Transit — have partnered to make travel for Oregon's coastal visitors by transit easier and more affordable, The Oregonian reported.

The service, called Connector Alliance, improves connections between  communities in adjacent counties and has resulted in the implementation of a new visitor pass program this summer. For the full story, click here.
