BATON ROUGE, La. — Bob Mirabito, interim CEO for the Capital Area Transit System (CATS), was officially approved to be the new head of the agency the on Tuesday, although some officials and transit advocates still have concerns about the board’s lack of commitment to a national search, The Advocate reported.
