BOSTON — The Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Co. (MBCR) asked a Suffolk County judge to order state officials to release public documents tied to the winning bid for the contract to operate the state's commuter rail system, which takes effect in July, The Boston Globe reported.

The complaint, which MBCR filed in Suffolk Superior Court, also seeks an extension of a Jan. 21 deadline to appeal the award that went to the winning company, Keolis, according to the report. For the full story, click here.
