STONY BROOK, N.Y. — An expansion of Suffolk County Transit’s 3D bus route now enables Stony Brook University to ride the system on Sundays for free with their student ID, reported the ThreeVillage Patch.

Suffolk County Transit and Stony Brook University began their partnership in May of 2012 after students on the Transportation & Parking Student Advisory Committee requested increased off-campus transportation. For the full story, click here.
