Railway workers for Britain's Silverlink Trains voted Thursday to strike in a dispute over pay, one of the latest in a series of walkouts affecting rail companies this year. Conductors working for the railway, which runs trains across North London and to and from central England, backed the action by 64 votes to 56, said the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union. The company had offered a two-year pay deal worth 3.3% this year, with a minimum 3% increase next year.
