OTTAWA, Ontario — Ottawa voters are most concerned with, in order, transit, taxes and removing its Mayor, according the Ipsos Reid poll conducted by the Ottawa Citizen. Twenty-three percent of respondents said the city's plans for an upcoming light rail transit system concerned them most with 11 percent saying it was taxes.
