[IMAGE]HRT-Tide-rolling-past-Harbor-Park-2.jpg[/IMAGE]NORFOLK, Va. — The opening of Hampton Roads Transit's starter light rail line, The Tide, has been pushed back due to delivery of the electrical and safety components that allow the trains to avoid conflicts with cars and pedestrians on city streets, reported The Virginian-Pilot.

According to HRT's President/CEO Philip Shucet, the delay will not add to the $338 million cost of the 7.4-mile line. To read the full story, click here
