NORTH COUNTY, Calif. — The free Wi-Fi service on Coaster commuter trains will be shut down this week until North County Transit District officials can explore improvements for the spotty Internet service, reported U-T San Diego.

Passengers said they often lost connection or could not log on to Coaster Wi-Fi. The service, which was launched in early 2012, was only intended for light Internet usage, according to officials. To read the full story, click here.
