KANSAS CITY — Police ticketed an 18-year-old man accused of failing to stop for a red traffic signal and crashing into a Kansas City Streetcar, The Kansas City Star reports.

The streetcar stopped for a red light, then continued north after the signal turned green, video from the streetcar shows. Investigators reviewed the video that showed the vehicle ran a red light, with the impact sending small amounts of debris flying. None of the 10 passengers on board the streetcar or the five in the vehicle were injured. For the full story, click here.
