RAISE, formerly known as BUILD and TIGER, has awarded over $8.935 billion in grants to projects in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico since 2009.

70 Projects Land $1B in BUILD Grants

The program selection criteria encompassed safety, economic competitiveness, quality of life, state of good repair, environmental sustainability, innovation, and partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.

U.S. DOT makes $1B in BUILD grant funding available

The maximum grant award is $25 million, and no more than $100 million can be awarded to a single state.
