The New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) unveiled the Fulton Center, located at the crossroads of Lower Manhattan on Broadway between John and Fulton Streets. The fully digital transit and retail hub integrates architectural ingenuity that fuses history, art, and sustainable engineering.

The master lessee will be tasked with handling leasing and operations of the structure as well as the historic Corbin Building, the Dey Street entrance and the attached concourse under Dey Street.

N.Y. MTA opens entrance at $1.4B transit center

Completion of the station entrance at 135 William Street is part of a larger contract which reconfigures the Fulton Street A/C mezzanine, which is scheduled to open in 2013. When fully complete, the Fulton Street Transit Center will connect five subway stations and eleven subway lines, improving access for over 300,000 daily customers that pass through this major transit hub in Lower Manhattan.
