RTD’s partnership with Transit and Masabi earned it a METRO Innovative Solutions Award for Customer Experience.
After finding significant success, CTS, FAST, and their supplier partner TRC have earned one of METRO’s Innovative Solutions Awards for Mobility.
Applications can be submitted either by the operation or the solutions provider and is open to bus operations, ranging from public transit to motorcoach and paratransit to shuttle services. It is also open to passenger rail operators and their supplier partners.
After working with Genfare to implement a new mobile fare payment system, Alabama's The Wave decided to give some of the same capabilities to its paratransit customers, which increased efficiency and earned them an Innovative Solutions Award for 2023.
