The company's shares of common stock have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange and are expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol “REVG” on Friday.
Overview of REV Group -- manufacturer of motor vehicles for bus, emergency, specialty and recreation markets worldwide -- which owns 26 brands, employs more than 6,000 people in 16 different plants in the U.S. and produces more than 20,000 specialty vehicles annually.
The 2017 Krystal has been redesigned from the inside out. Partnering with Premier Products, known for the high-level safety in belted coach seating, REV will introduce its own custom seat design, featuring a unique stitching pattern that is exclusive to Krystal and REV sister brand Federal.
The new design falls on the heels of Krystal’s relocation to Imlay City, Mich., home to one of REV Bus Group’s production facilities. During BusCon from Sept, 19 to 21, REV will showcase this all-new redesigned luxury bus at Booth #727.
REV Group will mark its return with 4,250 sq. ft. booth, which will showcase all seven of its brands, including the entrance of Collins Bus into the commercial bus market and much more.
REV Bus provides several of the industry’s leading brands including Champion Bus, Collins Bus, ElDorado National-California, ElDorado National-Kansas, Federal Coach, Goshen Coach and Krystal.
Eldorado National Kansas subsidiary purchased the bus operation assets of Krystal Infinity LLC. Plans to move them to its bus facility in Salina, Kan. and produce Krystal buses there.
The bus boasts sealed electrically isolated battery modules that cannot produce any gases and a drive train that does not produce any emissions. The new vehicle will be on display at BusCon in Chicago, Sept. 13-14.
Through the sale, company has de-leveraged its balance sheet and recapitalized to poise itself for growth in the coming years. Krystal is partnering with Thunder Sky to introduce new, green vehicles in the near future.
