As part of SCRAP-IT’s vehicle scrappage program, individuals who scrap their vehicles can now choose to receive a TransLink Stored Value Compass Card worth $50 monthly for 16 months.
The platform encourages rider behaviors that help manage periods of peak demand and incentivizes additional ridership.
The program will allow users to sign-up to earn points for various actions and subsequently redeem those points for rides on King County Metro buses, water taxis, Sound Transit, Seattle Streetcar, and all local scooter and bike share companies.
Adding mobility rewards compliments an already robust Bytemark Bridge™ MaaS” platform and will aid agencies with their post-pandemic recovery.
