El Paso, Texas' Sun Metro showcased its new low-floor Brio vehicles from New Flyer, which will run on CNG, have three doors for faster boarding, free Wi-Fi, two TV monitors for passenger information, three interior bicycle racks, two wheelchair positions and signal prioritization.
Features of the new vehicles include low floors, an electric air conditioning system and a rear facing wheelchair securement option.
Five-year contract contains a firm order for 13 CNG 60-foot buses, and nine CNG 40-foot buses. Additionally, the contract includes four, one-year options for up to 108 60-foot CNG buses and up to 72 40-foot CNG buses.
