The startup was apparently being torn apart by mismanagement and growing tensions between leaders, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on July 12.
The $8 billion, 185-mile, dual-track system with no grade crossings between Las Vegas and Victorville, would run roughly along the Interstate 15 right-of-way.
Additionally, Hyperloop One announced that the company is participating in privately funded feasibility studies to examine the economic and social benefits of Hyperloop routes in Finland and Sweden.
