The scope of work to be completed encompassed a full overhaul of 23 MCI D4500, model year 2008/2009 buses.
Several critical factors had to be considered throughout, including uninterrupted rail operations, safe pedestrian flow through the station, adequate egress capacities, fire/emergency access, ongoing power and systems operations, and feasible constructability.
