St. Cloud Training Center Improves Paratransit Process

Prior to opening its $2.2 million facility, Metro Bus paid a health care agency to conduct the physical assessments. Now, trained staff performs applicant interviews and cognitive and physical assessments during one appointment, creating a cost savings of about $125 per assessment.
