Designation makes passengers eligible for arrest if they breach any of their conditions, however, police say, even if a judge approves a listing, there’s no stopping offenders from boarding once they’re released.
Two workers allegedly recruited passengers to ride the train, but didn’t have them purchase a ticket. Instead the riders paid them a discounted rate. Prosecutors say that the employees then pocketed the cash, which added up to thousands of dollars in lost fares.
