EL PASO, Texas — The University of Texas-El Paso has reduced Miner Metro shuttle service for the summer, based on an anticipated decrease in the number of riders and the annual budget of $1 million, the prospector reported. The wait time between buses during the summer ranges from 15 to 25 minutes.
