LONG BEACH, Calif. — The Daily 49er reported that Cal State Long Beach’s (CSULB) Parking and Transportation Services is accepting bids for a new contract for its shuttle system, which Associated Students Inc. VP Jonathon Bolin told the paper, is in danger of being drastically cut.

However, Parking and Transportation Services Manager Carolyn Weidell told the Daily 49er the university has no plans to reduce shuttle service, but may increase shuttle fees, depending on the new contract.
