CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — The University of North Carolina’s (UNC) Department of Public Safety proposed a $28.41 fee increase for parking and transportation to the student fee advisory subcommittee, according to The Daily Tar Heel. The fee, which is currently $145.74, funds services including Safe Ride, P2P and Chapel Hill Transit.
