NEW YORK — A Cornell University Campus-to-Campus bus was struck while trying to park in front of the Cornell Club in Midtown Manhattan by a vehicle that hit and killed a New York Police Department (NYPD) traffic agent, reported The Cornell Daily Sun.

The NYPD traffic enforcement agent was killed on-duty after being hit by a truck pulling out of a parking spot. After the initial accident, the driver’s truck collided with the Campus-to-Campus bus, one of many coach buses offering transportation between Ithaca and New York City.
