ITHACA, N.Y. — The Cornell University Assembly will discuss and vote on a resolution that calls for the university to stop offering free Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) bus passes for first-year undergraduates and graduate students, reported The Cornell Daily Sun.
