SPOKANE, Wash. — Three Durham Student Services drivers spoke to The Spokesman-Review about the use of school buses as “party buses” that transport local college students, including those from Washington State University, to parties on weekends.

The drivers talked about problems with the college charters and what they see as a company management culture that allows inexperienced drivers to get away with serious mistakes.
