GRAND FORKS, N.D. — University of North Dakota and city officials are re-focusing their efforts to enhance livability through key destination districts, which includes improving transportation, creating gathering spaces, and completing a market study to decide what kinds of businesses could flourish in these areas and draw students, the Grand Forks Herald reported.

Discussions with the city's Transportation Department include the concept of creating a light rail speedy transit system with buses, which would include updating bus stops with Wi-Fi and developing an app that would track incoming buses, which would also have Wi-Fi. For the full story, click here.
