WASHINGTON, D.C. — Florida East Coast Industries (FECI) plans to build “All Aboard Florida,” a private passenger rail line that would connect Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa and Orlando, The Washington Post reported.
FECI plans to spend about $1 billion on upgrades to the 200 miles of track between these cities it already owns and uses for freight. For the full story, click here.
