PB names transit, rail business director

Paul Skoutelas, a seven-year employee of Parsons Brinckerhoff, was appointed director of the firm’s Transit & Rail Technical Excellence Center (TEC).

In his new position, Skoutelas provides leadership and strategic direction to the TEC with a focus on growing the firm’s transit and rail business, enhancing marketing capabilities and strengthening client relationships.

He continues to serve as the firm’s transit and rail market leader with responsibility for strategic and tactical advice to Parsons Brinckerhoff’s clients on transit issues within the Americas.

Parsons Brinckerhoff is a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization.
