App compares price, time, footprint for all L.A. commute options

LOS ANGELES — California Partners for Advanced Transit Technology is developing the Trip2GO app with Los Angeles Metro and Caltrans, which provides commuters with a complete picture of their commuting options, from travel time to carbon footprint to downtime to price, Curbed Los Angeles reported.

Currently seeking beta testers, the app integrates real-time information from Metro, Foothill Transit, and Long Beach Transit, plus driving info, using Google Maps. For the full story, click here.
