Kevin M. Jones has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MV Transportation Inc.

Jones joins MV from DXC Technology, a publicly traded IT services company, where he served as sr. VP and GM of the Americas region. Prior to this
role, Jones was Chief Customer and Sales Officer of Dell Services. He also served as sr. VP for HP’s services business in Asia, Pacific and Japan, while living in Singapore. He spent most of his career as a GM, including a six-year assignment in London where he was responsible for some HP’s largest customer relationships in Europe.

Jones has an outstanding reputation for operational excellence and efficiency,
and is expected to continue MV’s momentum with renewed focus on improved safety results, increased training, continued growth and innovation, according to the company.

“We are thrilled to have Kevin join MV Transportation as our new CEO during this transformative period for the public transit industry,” said Lisa Winston Hicks, chairman of MV’s Board of Directors. “His track record of creating value, building momentum and energizing teams, makes him an ideal fit. Kevin’s passion for customer service and his advocacy for diversity, inclusion and community involvement also make him the right person to lead MV as we embark on our 43rd year."

“I am excited about joining the amazing team at MV as the new Chief Executive,”
Jones said. “MV has achieved such extraordinary success because of the unbelievably dedicated people who come to work every day with a singular purpose: to ensure we meet our commitments to our clients, our riders and each other. We serve some of the country’s most vulnerable citizens and the MV Team is always ready to meet the challenges that come with serving our communities.”

Jones will help ensure MV has the right strategic processes, talent and culture to
meet the needs of its clients and riders as the industry changes. He holds a BBA from James Madison University and is a Certified Management Accountant. Jones completed the Executive Training Program – Leading Strategic Change at Indiana University. He lives with his wife and two sons in Dallas.
