RATP Dev USA, the North American subsidiary RATP Dev, announced the appointment of Russ Tieskoetter, former sr. VP, operations, at MV Transportation, as its new COO.

“With our continued growth in North America, the addition of Russ to the team will allow us to accelerate our expansion, increase our focus on innovation, and continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers through our ‘Going for Excellence’ program,” said Blaine Rigler, president RATP Dev USA.

Prior to joining RATP Dev USA, Tieskoetter spent 17 years with MV Transportation, most recently as a sr. VP, operations. Prior to that role, he worked for eight years with Laidlaw Transit in various capacities and served as a captain in the US Army.

As part of his new position, Tieskoetter will be leading RATP Dev USA’s daily operations and overseeing the staff.
