NTSB: N.Y. bus crash caused by driver fatigue

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A New York tour bus crash last year that claimed 15 lives last March was caused by driver fatigue and a bus company that provided minimal safety oversight, the National Transportation Safety Board said Tuesday. The driver, Ophadell Williams, had almost no sleep in the three days leading up to the accident except for naps he took on the bus while passengers were inside a Connecticut casino gambling, reported The Seattle Times.
